In 1983, on hers own initiative, Carmela opened a restaurant directed to offer home cooking.
Being the icon of our service the special home menu, composed of five starters and five main courses to choose, a dessert, coffee and home liquors, it had a good welcome from people and it entered into most knew restaurants from Val d’Aran circles.
Today we are the second generation, and we keep to use the same service principles and commercial criterion initiated by Carmela, a home cooking with large quality, quantity and a low price.
